What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on role supporting both dish and prep. You’ll be a key part of keeping the kitchen organized, clean, and ready for preparations.
Dish / Cleaning
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools quickly and thoroughly
- Keep dish station clean, organized, and stocked
- Take out trash/recycling; maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures (health department standards)
Prep Support (as trained)
- Basic prep: washing/peeling/chopping produce; portioning; labeling
- Assist with simple kitchen tasks to support the line and prep team
- Receive deliveries and help keep storage areas organized (FIFO)
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work on your feet in a busy kitchen
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Able to lift ~40 lbs and handle repetitive tasks
- Team-first attitude; takes direction well and communicates clearly
- Kitchen/dish experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
