This position is Hybrid out of our Chelesa office in NYC
The Opportunity:
To play a key role in GQR's TA function by attracting, engaging & hiring top talent into the Global business, with a primary focus on our Life Science division. You will be working closely with leadership and our Directors to optimize the process of recruiting into the company.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in a Talent Acquisition function, ideally within a global Life Science/STEM recruitment or staffing agency
- Experience working in highly targeted fast-paced environments, ideally within a fast growth staffing and or start-up organization
- Comfortable working in anoutcomes-focused, high-performance environment
- Strong understanding of internal and external marketing, brand augmentation, and advertising strategies
- Create and post job description
- In-depth interviewing, getting know the person behind the resume
- Improve team and brand awareness both internally and externally

Base salary: $80-115 plus Bonus
