We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Ceridian Dayforce, responsible for the ongoing administration, configuration, and optimization of the HRIS to meet the evolving needs of the organization. This role will involve close collaboration with HR, Payroll, IT, and other departments to ensure the efficient and effective use of Dayforce, driving process improvements, ensuring data integrity, and delivering actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration:
- Serve as the primary administrator for Ceridian Dayforce, managing system configurations, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure the system is aligned with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain data integrity by conducting regular audits, data clean-ups, and routine checks.
- System Configuration & Optimization:
- Customize and configure Dayforce modules to support HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and other related processes.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance the user experience.
- Collaborate with HR and IT to implement and test new features, functionalities, and system upgrades.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop and maintain a suite of standard and ad-hoc reports to provide actionable insights to HR and other departments.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, make data-driven recommendations, and support decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
Training & Support:
- Provide expert-level support to HR, Payroll, and other end-users, troubleshooting issues and answering queries related to Dayforce.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the system.
- Act as the primary liaison between HRIS and other departments, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Document system processes, configurations, and changes for reference and training purposes.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS roles, with at least 3 years working specifically with Ceridian Dayforce.
- Proven experience in system administration, configuration, and optimization of HRIS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Benefits processes and best practices.
- Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Ceridian Dayforce, including reporting and analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ceridian Dayforce certification.
- Experience with HRIS integrations (such as iCIMS), including APIs and third-party vendor management.
- Familiarity with SQL or other database query languages.
Salary : $115,000 - $135,000
