Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior HR Data, Reporting & Analytics Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for maintaining high-quality HR data, developing reporting solutions, and providing insights that guide workforce planning, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives.
The Specialist will collaborate closely with HR, Talent, and cross-functional partners to interpret key metrics, streamline processes, and support HR operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, business acumen, deep experience with HR systems—including Workday HCM and Workday Reporting (required)—and a passion for continuous improvement and data integrity.
Core Responsibilities
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports covering headcount, turnover, DEI metrics, recruiting efficiency, performance, and other key HR indicators.
- Ensure data quality across HR platforms (HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.) through routine audits, validation processes, and governance practices.
- Analyze workforce trends and deliver actionable insights to HR leaders and business stakeholders.
- Produce custom, ad-hoc, and cyclical reports (e.g., compliance, audit requests, leadership reporting).
- Translate complex data sets into clear, concise summaries and executive-ready visualizations.
- Manage a reporting calendar to ensure timely and accurate delivery of recurring HR metrics.
- Support the preparation of datasets for internal/external audits, surveys, and benchmarking efforts.
- Drive efficiencies by reducing manual reporting, implementing automation, and incorporating AI-enabled tools and methodologies.
HR Operations Support
- Maintain digital personnel files and documentation in accordance with internal standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data through ongoing updates, audits, and reconciliation across systems.
- Apply strong knowledge of data privacy requirements and best practices in managing sensitive information.
- Respond to process- and system-related inquiries, escalating complex issues appropriately.
- Partner with HR team members to streamline workflows, standardize processes, and enhance operational consistency.
- Support onboarding activities such as system entry, documentation review, background check coordination, and ensuring timely completion of new-hire tasks.
Project Management & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to HR projects including system enhancements, policy updates, process improvements, and change management efforts.
- Track project deliverables, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to support HR technology implementations and other strategic initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement efforts aimed at optimizing HR operations, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline required.
Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in HR analytics, HR reporting, or HR operations.
- Experience within a highly regulated or data-intensive industry is beneficial.
- Background supporting HR programs, system implementations, or cross-functional projects is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise with Workday HCM and Workday Reporting preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or similar scripting tools for data extraction is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or Microsoft Project.

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
