Senior Clinical Trial Manager / Associate Director, Clinical Operations
Location: New York, NY preferred - hybrid schedule with 3 onsite days per week.
Our client, a clinical-stage biotech advancing innovative oncology therapies, is looking to add a senior-level Clinical Operations leader to support a growing global early phase pipeline. This is a highly urgent hire. The position is ideal for someone who is deeply execution-oriented, comfortable in a lean environment, and experienced running complex oncology studies with meaningful CRO and vendor oversight.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing global Phase 1/2 oncology trials with broad operational ownership
- Overseeing CROs and external vendors across multiple regions
- Supporting studies in emerging geographies including Australia, South Africa, and India
- Partnering closely with internal functions such as Regulatory, Safety, Data Management, and Clinical Supply
- Driving timelines, solving operational issues, and keeping studies on track in a fast-moving environment
What our client is looking for
- 6 years of clinical trial management experience
- Strong oncology background, ideally with early phase studies
- Proven ability to run trials independently in a lean biotech or similar setting
- Global trial experience, especially outside the US
- Strong ICH-GCP knowledge and full lifecycle trial execution experience
- Radiopharmaceutical experience is a plus, but not required
