The key role for this position is formulating and building relationships as well as growth within the market.
Responsibilities
- Apply superior full-cycle recruitment and techniques in a 360 capacity
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
- Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify high caliber candidates while maintaining a healthy pipeline
- Engage passive candidates
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews

Base Salary: $70,000- 85,000 plus commission
