What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Manager position at GQR?
We’re an early-stage B2B SaaS company building AI-powered products for enterprise teams who care deeply about safety, trust, compliance, and measurable revenue impact. Our platform helps them launch AI features with confidence—and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help tell that story.
This is a high-impact role for a marketer who loves writing, positioning, and GTM execution. You’ll shape our message, partner with product and sales, and work with agencies to turn ideas into pipeline.
What You’ll Do
- Own and refine our core product messaging—who we serve, what problem we solve, and why we’re different.
- Translate technical concepts into simple, compelling value propositions for buyers and users.
- Build outbound messaging across email, LinkedIn, website, and sales collateral.
- Run GTM plans for new features, use cases, and verticals, including objectives, audiences, and launch assets.
- Partner with sales to test outbound hooks, enable the team with the right story, and optimize landing pages and content for conversion.
- Track performance, run A/B tests, and incorporate customer insights into messaging and positioning.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years in B2B SaaS or startup marketing (product marketing, demand gen, or full-stack).
- Strong writing and storytelling skills—you can craft and edit crisp, persuasive copy.
- Experience owning product messaging, outbound campaigns, and GTM launches.
- Skilled at cross-functional alignment with sales and product; able to turn ambiguity into structured plans.
- Data-informed and iterative; you use metrics to refine messaging and campaigns.
- Bonus: experience in AI, security, trust & safety, compliance, or sales enablement.
