Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment in a true 360 capacity, managing both client partnerships and candidate relationships
- Develop and expand business within the Life Sciences market through strategic relationship building and market mapping
- Identify new opportunities with prospective and existing clients to support division growth
- Build, maintain, and continuously strengthen a pipeline of high-caliber Life Sciences talent for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct candidate interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings
- Partner closely with clients to understand hiring goals, market trends, and workforce challenges
- Consistently meet and exceed recruiting, business development, and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Proven success within the Life Sciences recruitment market, preferably in a 360 or agency environment
- Strong business development mindset with experience building and managing client relationships
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting/CRM platforms
- High-energy, entrepreneurial mentality with a passion for relationship-driven sales and recruiting
- Demonstrated track record of achieving quotas and performance goals

Base salary: $70,000-$90,000 plus commission
