The team at GQR is expanding our Permanent Division within our Healthcare business. We are seeking a highly motivated, well-rounded staffing professional to step into a true 360 role to drive revenue within the direct-hire healthcare vertical. Owning both recruitment and business development, the ideal candidate has the expertise needed to close deals on both sides.
The Opportunity:
- Prospect, develop, and win new client partnerships across hospital systems and healthcare organizations
- Own the full sales cycle: outreach, pitch, negotiation, and close
- Build long-term client relationships and become a trusted hiring partner
- Identify market opportunities and strategically expand your client base
- Source, screen, and engage RN and Allied healthcare professionals for permanent/direct-hire roles
- Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines aligned to your active job orders
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle: outreach, qualification, interview prep, offer negotiation, and close
- Deliver a high-touch, consultative candidate experience from first call through start date
What You Bring:
- 3 years of healthcare staffing or agency experience
- Proven success in both client generation and candidate placement preferred
- Strong sourcing, closing, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of exceeding KPIs, crushing revenue targets, and a reputation for top-performance
