We are seeking a high-impact 360 Recruiter to join our Life Sciences Division. This role is designed for a true full-desk recruiter who thrives on business development, relationship building, and driving revenue growth within the Life Sciences market.
This is not an account management role. You will be responsible for generating new business, expanding existing partnerships, and delivering top-tier Life Sciences talent across innovative organizations. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients while building and maintaining a strong candidate network.

What You’ll Do
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Proactively identify, engage, and secure new client partnerships within the Life Sciences industry
- Expand and deepen relationships with existing clients to grow revenue
- Develop and execute creative sales strategies to win new business
- Position yourself as a market expert, advising clients on hiring trends, compensation insights, and workforce strategies
- Build and grow your personal book of business
Full-Cycle Recruitment (360 Capacity)
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition through candidate placement
- Maintain and develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Conduct candidate interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person)
- Strategically source high-caliber talent using diverse and innovative sourcing channels
- Engage and convert passive candidates into active opportunities
- Deliver mission-critical talent solutions aligned to client needs
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success within the Life Sciences sector (pharma, biotech, medtech, clinical, regulatory, CMC, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and expand client relationships
- Strong full-desk / 360 recruitment experience
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quotas
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and passion for building something meaningful
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Base salary $70,000-$90,000 (depending on experience) plus commission
