Registered Nurse – Med/Surg (Days & Nights Available)
Location: Tyler, TX
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Days / $10,000 Nights

Position Details
Department: Med/Surg
Shifts: 3x12s, Days & Nights available
Weekend Requirement: 5 weekend shifts every 6 weeks
Scheduling: Self-scheduling
On Call: None
Compensation & Incentives
Base Pay: $28-$46, will discuss on initial call
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Days / $10,000 Nights
Differentials:
Nights: $4.50/hr
Evenings: $3.50/hr
Weekends: $2.50/hr

Requirements
Active RN license
Experience:
At least 1 year RN experience with some acute care OR 2 years LTAC experience
BLS certification
Education: ADN or BSN accepted
