Position SummaryThe Tea Barista prepares high-quality tea beverages, delivers attentive guest service, and maintains a clean, efficient workstation. This role requires strong product knowledge, consistent recipe execution, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities• Prepare tea drinks according to standardized recipes, including accurate steep times, water temperatures, and build procedures.• Operate the register, handle cash and electronic payments accurately, and follow all cash-handling controls.• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization in all bar and front-of-house work areas.• Manage time effectively to keep drink production flowing during peak periods.• Monitor product levels and communicate any shortages to management.• Follow all food-safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper cleaning and equipment care.• Collaborate with team members to support efficient service and smooth shift operations.• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers.• Adapt quickly to changing demands and maintain composure in a high-volume environment.Qualifications• Prior barista or beverage-production experience preferred.• Chinese Bilingual is highly preferred.• Strong attention to detail and commitment to recipe consistency.• Ability to multitask and work in a team setting.• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
