Salary: $22,230 annually

Position Summary:
Concord Academy Petoskey is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to support student success by promoting positive behavior, improving attendance, and connecting students and families with needed resources. This role helps foster a safe, supportive, and high-expectations school environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Communication, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Preferred: Three years of experience in behavior intervention, student support, or community outreach.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement positive behavior interventions and student support plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and community agencies.
- Monitor student behavior, attendance, and discipline.
- Support school culture and climate initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
