Build Real Client Relationships
We’re a growing, planning-focused wealth management firm looking for an experienced Wealth Advisor to join our team and help lead existing client relationships. This is not a cold-calling role or a “build your own book” environment. You’ll step into an established client base with strong internal support, ongoing client relationships, and the opportunity to make an immediate impact through thoughtful advice, proactive communication, and long-term relationship management. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with clients, leading conversations, and helping people make confident financial decisions.
- Lead client review meetings and ongoing planning conversations
- Analyze portfolios and provide allocation recommendations
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary relationship contact
- Strengthen long-term client relationships through proactive communication
- Identify opportunities for additional planning, assets, and referrals
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to deliver a high-level client experience
- Maintain organized CRM documentation and follow-through
- Active Series 65 (or equivalent)
- Active Life & Health Insurance license
- 2 years of experience in wealth management or financial services
- Confidence leading client conversations and review meetings
- Ability to simplify financial concepts in a relatable way
- Strong relationship management and organizational skills
- Professional, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
- Experience with financial planning and CRM software
- Established client relationships already in place
