Clerical Office Support – 1st Shift

What You’ll Be Doing
· Filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork
· Entering and updating information in computer systems
· Keeping records neat, accurate, and easy to find
· Helping maintain corporate charge card (P-Card) files and documents
· Supporting the Purchasing team with daily office tasks
· Answering questions from staff about paperwork and records
· Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, copying, and filing
What We’re Looking For
· Someone organized and detail-oriented
· Comfortable using computers and office equipment
· Able to work independently and follow instructions
· Professional and able to handle confidential information
· High attention to detail
· Prior office, clerical, or administrative experience is a plus
· Prior experience in purchasing or finance is a plus
· Prior OnBase experience / experience digitizing documents is a plus
This job is in a professional office setting with a State Agency and includes both desk work and handling paper files.
