JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Overview GPS Ed is seeking an organized,
mission-driven Marketing Manager to execute strategic marketing
initiatives and keep our campaigns, projects, and brand moving forward
with precision and purpose. In this role, you\'ll manage projects and
budgets, coordinate vendors and contractors, support content production
alongside our Marketing & Communications Specialist, and play a leading
role in growing our national thought leadership presence. You\'ll be a
key connectorworking across internal teams and external partners to
ensure GPS Ed\'s marketing efforts are aligned, on-brand, and delivering
results. We\'re looking for someone who is part project manager, part
brand steward, and part operations pro.The ideal candidate thrives on
bringing structure to creative work but isn\'t afraid to adapt
strategies as priorities evolve in order to achieve the organization\'s
broader goals. This position is part of the Strategic Development Team
Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate marketing projects from
planning through execution, ensuring timelines, priorities, and
deliverables are met across multiple initiatives. Develop and oversee
the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and
accurate tracking of expenditures to maximize ROI. Maintain and evolve
the brand identity in partnership with internal teams and external
stakeholders, supporting market research and analysis to identify
opportunities for growth and improved positioning. Collaborate across
departments to align marketing efforts with organizational initiatives,
ensuring cohesive messaging and branding in communications. Support the
Marketing & Communications Specialist in producing and distributing
content across GPS Ed\'s channels, including website, email, social
media, and publications. Effectively manage vendor and contractor
relationships (PR firms, videographers, ad agencies, printers, etc.) on
behalf of the department, including scoping work, coordinating
deliverables, and overseeing quality. Monitor and report on marketing
performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and inform
future strategy, providing regular updates to leadership. Support the
execution of organizational events, including taking a lead role in
coordinating GPS Ed\'s national conference presence via session
proposals, sponsorships, and/or exhibitions. Ensure the marketing
department effectively utilizes internal tools (CRM system, project
management, AI platforms, etc.) to support data-based decision-making
and efficient marketing operations. Stay current with industry trends
and best practices, recommending adaptations to strategy as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS: Required Passion for transforming education and building
equitable access to career opportunities. 5-7 years of professional
experience in marketing or communications, preferably in a nonprofit or
education-related setting. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
with the ability to work across departments and build relationships with
diverse stakeholders. Strong project management skills with the ability
to meet multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations
simultaneously. Experience with digital marketing channels and content
production workflows. Experience overseeing budgets, tracking
expenditures, and reporting on ROI. Experience with CRM platforms
(HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Familiarity with project management
platforms (Asana or similar). Familiarity with graphic design tools
(Canva, Adobe, or similar). Comfort with AI tools to improve workflows
and support efficient marketing operations. Preferred Bachelor\'s degree
in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Experience in
education, workforce development, or youth-focused organizations.
