About the Role
GPS and Track provides GPS tracking solutions for BHPH car dealerships, fleet vehicles, trailers, and heavy equipment. We are looking for a high energy, driven sales professional to help us grow by bringing real-time tracking solutions to businesses that need better visibility and asset protection.
Deals typically exceed $2,500 in revenue and often involve discovery, demos, pricing discussions, and selling to business owners and operations leaders.
Compensation: Commission-based role with uncapped earnings. Most of our sales representatives earn over $100,000 annually, with top performers earning upward of $150,000.

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close
- Generate new pipeline through consistent outbound calls, email, and follow-up
- Work inbound leads provided by our marketing and sales development teams
- Focus on customers with 10 assets
- Run a high-volume, transactional sales process with accuracy and strong follow-through
- Use a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) to track activity and keep a clean pipeline
Minimum qualifications
3 years of closing experience in a B2B sales role
Preferred experience
- History of meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience selling commercial solutions to businesses
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Background in fast-paced, transactional sales
- Strong communication and organization
- HubSpot or Salesforce experience
