Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will help enhance the candidate’s experience by assisting with the delivery of positive and engaging recruitment processes. This position will source and screen potential candidates for current and future openings, prepare and distribute offer letters, and providing comprehensive administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. Additionally, the position requires maintaining candidate records, managing calendars, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Job Goals:
Enhance Candidate Experience: Support the implementation of processes and strategies to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Sourcing and Screening: Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing channels and conduct initial screenings to assess their qualifications and fit for the position and GPRS.
Offer Letters and Administrative Support: Prepare and distribute offer letters and other recruitment-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including managing calendars and maintaining candidate records.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the posting of job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates to ensure compliance.
Conduct initial phone and video screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Support the management and monitoring of the GPRS talent community by conducting calls with potential talent and pipelining them accordingly.
Prepare and distribute offer letters and other recruitment-related documentation.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Specialists to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
Curiosity in learning recruitment best practices to support the team during high-volume periods.
Support in the creation of stronger job descriptions to attract elite talent.
Assist with job market research to help increase time to hire for difficult to fill positions.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrate a minimum of 1 year of experience in office or sales support
Preferred experience in human resources to support recruiting efforts and candidate engagement
Deliver elite customer service while representing GPRS as an employer of choice
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Experience with ATS or CRM systems to ensure consistent communication across the Talent Acquisition team
Respond to basic recruiting-related inquiries and offering guidance on standard procedures
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to support teamwork across departments
Communicate clearly with candidates, hiring managers, and team members, explaining recruiting procedures.
Contribute to the success of the hiring process through consistent performance, attention to detail, and a commitment to improving candidate experience
Adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment with excellent organizational and time management skills
Learn to conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit, with a growth-minded approach
Ensure compliance with company policies through meticulous attention to detail and process accuracy
