Job Summary:
An Area Manager primarily builds and carries out the strategic maintenance and leadership of the personnel/team under their supervision by coordinating logistics and operations thereby ensuring their team members are efficiently functioning at their fullest capacities. Secondarily, makes certain quality assurance is upheld throughout their Area as they train, review reports and conduct hit investigations for their team. Finally, the Area Manager will perform and deliver key field services provided by GPRS on a limited scale as per their Market demands.
Job Goals:
- Coordinate and lead team logistics/operations as the Team Leader
- Quality Control and Assurance
- Deliver field services as needed while maintaining a sales focus
Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:
- Must demonstrate a mastery of skill and hold the position of the GPRS Senior Project Manager or Project Manager 3 or a minimum of 3 years of field experience with an acquired company
- Comfortable working on small to large construction sites
- Possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated
- Ability to display professionalism in a wide variety of situations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel on short notice
- Live, or be willing to move within a radius commensurate with that of the covered market
- Can work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Ability to meet Background criteria commensurate with industry standards
- Have and maintain an acceptable driving record for company insurability
