Job Goal
Support the company’s financial health by accurately processing invoice adjustments, correcting billing discrepancies, and delivering responsive customer service to ensure timely payment and a positive customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Review, research, and correct invoices that may have been incorrectly billed
- Process price adjustments and other invoice corrections
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding invoices, statements, and account activity
- Support month-end close activities
- Monitor shared inbox and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Process and post credit card payments accurately and timely
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous office, administrative, customer service, or related work experience preferred
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to think critically and solve routine problems independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening skills with the ability to follow instructions and ask clarifying questions
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
