Responsibilities
- Assist in processing service orders and managing repair workflows to ensure timely completion.
- Support the technical team with parts identification and inventory management.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries related to service status.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and parts used.
- Collaborate with engineering and repair teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during all processing activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the service shop.
- Support inventory stocking and organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required and a two-year trade degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- 1-2 years of purchasing/procurement experience preferred.
- A positive attitude and willingness to interact with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Customer Service and Project Management experience preferred.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
