Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Expert: Provide exceptional service to customers during the busy midday and evening hours, ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling satisfied.
- Store Appearance Specialist: Maintain the store's appearance and stock during peak hours, ensuring everything looks organized and appealing.
- Cash Handling Professional: Handle a high volume of transactions efficiently and with a friendly attitude.
- Safety and Security Officer: Ensure a secure and safe shopping environment during the dynamic mid/second shift.

Requirements
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old (21 in some states).
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays, embracing the full rhythm of retail.
- Effective Communication: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
- Basic Math Skills: Required for tasks such as handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Physical Abilities: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and undergo a background check.
- Friendly and Positive Attitude: A warm demeanor and ability to make customers feel welcome.
