Position Overview
We’re seeking a strategic, detail-driven Purchasing Agent who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. In this role, you won’t just process orders—you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost-effective purchasing strategies.

What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end procurement process—from sourcing and negotiating to purchasing and follow-through
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while driving cost savings and performance improvements
- Collaborate with production and planning teams to ensure materials align with schedules and demand
- Analyze purchasing data, inventory levels, and supplier performance to improve efficiency
- Identify and resolve purchasing discrepancies or supply chain challenges
- Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively address delays
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation for audits and reporting
- Prepare reports on spending, procurement activity, and performance metrics
- Issue and track purchase orders to ensure proper inventory flow
- Continuously improve procurement practices through training and professional development
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5 years of procurement experience, including sourcing, negotiations, and contract management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret supply chain and inventory data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Customer-focused mindset and collaborative approach
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical decision-making
