About the Opportunity
As a Detailed Planner, you will be the heartbeat of our production execution process. Working closely with the Master Planner and cross-functional teams, you will help transform production plans into reality by coordinating schedules, tracking materials, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring customer commitments are met.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate and support execution of the master production schedule.
- Monitor production orders from release through shipment.
- Track schedules, production progress, and material availability.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Production, Warehouse, and Service teams.
- Identify and resolve material shortages, engineering changes, and production constraints.
- Communicate production priorities and schedule updates across the organization.
- Lead weekly operational review meetings focused on production risks and opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance efficiency, communication, and workflow.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Help ensure customer commitments align with operational capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
- Experience with production scheduling and ERP/MRP systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to operational excellence.
