What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solar Technician/Installer position at GPL Contractors Corp Solar Division?
At GPL Contractors, we provide comprehensive solutions for existing solar systems, including maintenance, cleaning, performance monitoring, and installations. We are searching for a candidate able to perform the following tasks:
- Perform varying corrective, preventive and emergency maintenance for solar PV systems.
- Interact with customers on a professional level as part of a multi-tasking team.
- Responsible for assembling and installing solar photovoltaic (PV) systems
- check and provide complete documentation to client
Required Qualifications:
- Valid license and insurable driving record
- Ability to promote and comply with all company and safety procedures
- Ability to use appropriate hand tools and power tools to perform a variety of functions to install solar systems
- Must be a self-starter and have the able to work individually and with a team
