Unarmed Bank Security Guard

Description:We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer in the Downtown Los Angeles area. This position is a Day shift, Monday - Saturday. We are also looking for someone with experience in Bank Security. The ideal candidate will be vigilant, professional, and capable of responding effectively to security concerns. Key Responsibilities:- Monitor site conditions to identify potential security concerns or safety hazards.- Respond promptly to alarms and notify the police or fire department in case of emergencies, such as fires or unauthorized access.- Verbally warn individuals of rule infractions and ensure compliance with property regulations.- Allow authorized personnel to enter the property and monitor access points to maintain security.- Monitor and enforce property removal policies to deter theft and unauthorized activities.- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.- Maintain a professional demeanor while assisting customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner.Skills and Qualifications:- Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred.- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.- Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and encourage all qualified individuals to apply.
