We are seeking a Property Assistant Manager to join our team. This role provides support across multiple apartment communities in the Southwest Houston area. As a floater, you’ll step in to assist onsite teams with leasing, resident relations, rent collection, renewals, and general property operations. You’ll play a key part in ensuring a smooth resident experience while helping each community meet performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations across assigned properties
- Support leasing efforts by greeting prospects, conducting tours, and processing applications
- Handle resident relations, including renewals, service requests, and general inquiries
- Collect rent, process payments, and assist with delinquencies as needed
- Maintain accurate records in Yardi (or similar property management software)
- Partner with property managers to support operational and financial goals
- Uphold company policies and standards at every community you support
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, or related customer service field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively with different teams and environments
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between multiple properties within Southwest Houston
