Responsibilities
- Prepare draft and final invoices for public and private sector clients within the engineering and architecture industries.
- Support billing activities for state, county, local, and federal government projects, as well as private clients.
- Assist with DBE/MBE reporting requirements.
- Perform accounts receivable collections and follow-up activities.
- Support project financial audits and maintain accurate billing records.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of billing or invoicing experience supporting engineering, architecture, or professional services projects.
- Experience with cost-plus fixed-fee, lump-sum, and loaded-rate/timecard billing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint preferred; Microsoft Access experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
