Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives, focusing on outside sales, B2B sales, and technical sales initiatives.
- Manage key accounts, fostering strong relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Salesforce and other technology tools to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and generate actionable insights.
- Coordinate marketing efforts to support sales campaigns and expand market reach.
- Conduct negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and proactive outreach.

Experience
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and technical or technology sales environments.
- Proven experience in Freight/Transportation (LTL, FTL, 3PL)
- Demonstrated success in management roles within a sales organization.
- Strong background in business development, account management, and negotiation strategies.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for sales tracking and analysis.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
