SummaryThe Network Operations Technician is a key position for implementing, executing and evolving management services for current and future customers. You will be required to monitor network infrastructure and identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues as well as work tickets in a ticket system.As part of your daily duties, you will monitor network systems with monitoring tools and the ticket system, perform regular maintenance activities, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. You must be proficient in identifying and resolving technical issues related to networks and servers. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining documentation on all network problems, solutions, and activities.
