We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation.
- Supervise construction teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction processes effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to monitor progress and quality control.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs and reports on labor and material usage.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with local building codes and regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
