Role Summary
Lead complex design initiatives and set standards for quality and safety. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, solve challenging problems, and provide technical direction. This role is ideal for subject matter experts who are passionate about innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and shaping the future of engineering through strategic leadership and technical depth.
Qualifications
Spearhead the design of distribution (<600V to 35 kV) systems using design software. Champion the application of client standards and applicable design codes and specifications related to design requirements. Oversee and refine drawing development and CAD-based design tasks, applying advanced expertise and driving quality standards. Champion mentorship and professional development across the team, serving as a technical resource and role model. Oversee and refine QA/QC processes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with industry standards and client expectations. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, driving innovation and ensuring satisfaction through strategic engagement and collaboration. Strategize and oversee task execution to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget across disciplines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology
- 10 years of experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Mastery in working with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Line Design Softwares such as O-Calc, SPIDAcalc, or DDS.
- Expert in the designing of electrical distribution physical structures, routing, equipment specifications, and wiring.
- Authoritative ability to comprehend and interpret safety codes, utility standards and regulations.
- Strategic and detail-oriented, with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize complex systems and workflows.
- Trusted and respected, with deep expertise in fostering collaboration across disciplines and driving innovation within project teams.
- Forward-thinking communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
