Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high-quality care for our clients, and providing guidance to our clinical staff. This position requires a strong background in mental health services, particularly in areas such as PTSD care, case management, and individual/group counseling. The Clinical Supervisor will work closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote effective treatment strategies and support.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Clinical Director to oversee clinical services
  • Supervise and support clinical staff in delivering high-quality mental health services.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with various needs
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients as needed.
  • Facilitate case management activities to coordinate care for clients with complex needs.
  • Review all required documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Provide training and mentorship to new staff members on best practices in clinical care.
  • Stay updated on relevant policies, procedures, and best practices within the field of mental health.
  • Assign clients to counselors as needed
  • Assist counselors with interventions, case consultations and family sessions as needed
  • Participate in interviewing and hiring process for new candidates
  • Audit charts 2 x a month or as often as needed.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of PTSD care, ICD-9 coding, HIPAA regulations, and medical record management.
  • Experience in case management and working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs.
  • Proficiency in providing individual and group counseling services.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate care while adhering to ethical standards and boundaries.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
