Responsibilities
- Manage workers' compensation cases from initial evaluation through resolution.
- Research legal issues and draft pleadings, motions, and other case documents.
- Review medical records, evaluate claims, and develop case strategies.
- Handle discovery, depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
- Maintain clear client communication and manage case deadlines.
- Active Oklahoma law license in good standing.
- 3 years of workers' compensation experience.
- Defense-side experience preferred; plaintiff-side experience considered.
- Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and case management skills.
- Ability to work independently and build lasting client relationships.
- Casual dress work environment.
- Opportunity to build a long-term workers' compensation practice.
- Potential to buy out the owner in the future, subject to mutual agreement.
