We are seeking an Attorney with Workers Compensation experience to join a well-established and busy practice in Oklahoma City. This is a defense-side role, though candidates with plaintiff-side experience will also be considered. The firm offers a relaxed, casual-dressed work environment with a strong focus on long-term growth.
This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys handling workers compensation matters while working in a collaborative, low-pressure setting. You will manage cases from intake through resolution, working closely with clients and colleagues in a supportive environment that values quality work.
The attorney will handle a variety of workers' compensation files, including claims analysis, discovery, hearings, negotiations, and settlements. While defense experience is preferred, transferable plaintiff-side workers compensation experience is welcome.
