Responsibilities Include
- Work in accordance with ISO 9000 standards
- Set up fixturing and prepare materials for welding
- Perform MIG welding, familiar with Cigweld equipment
- Input and operate robotic welding systems
- Weld on a variety of aluminum and steel components
- Study blueprints and sketches to determine setup requirements
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications
- Maintain excellent setup skills and attention to detail
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- 1 year of welding experience (aluminum and steel)
- Ability to pass a preliminary welding test
- Strong setup and fabrication skills
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Excellent attendance and reliability required
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions
