Welding Technician

Responsibilities Include

• Work in accordance with ISO 9000 standards
• Set up fixturing and prepare materials for welding
• Perform MIG welding, familiar with Cigweld equipment
• Input and operate robotic welding systems
• Weld on a variety of aluminum and steel components
• Study blueprints and sketches to determine setup requirements
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications
• Maintain excellent setup skills and attention to detail
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
  
  

Qualifications

• 1 year of welding experience (aluminum and steel)
• Ability to pass a preliminary welding test
• Strong setup and fabrication skills
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Excellent attendance and reliability required
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions
