Welder-Fabricator / Machine Assembler
We are seeking a highly skilled Welder-Fabricator with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role within a single-location, single-shift operation focused on building large-scale industrial equipment from blueprint to final assembly.

We are seeking a highly skilled Welder-Fabricator with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role within a single-location, single-shift operation focused on building large-scale industrial equipment from blueprint to final assembly.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret machine assembly blueprints and technical drawings (required)
- Plan, measure, fabricate, and assemble heavy steel plate and structural frames
- Perform MIG and Stick (SMAW) welding on structural members and thick plate
- Execute torch cutting, grinding, fitting, and layout work
- Operate overhead workstation cranes to position and align large components
- Install and align mechanical components including electric motors, gear reducers, hydraulic systems, and pushbutton control stations
- Support full machine assembly with strong understanding of mechanical systems and basic electrical integration
- Maintain safe work practices and effective team communication
- Work overtime as needed (paid at 1.5x)
- 5 years of experience in industrial welding, fabrication, and machine assembly
- Proficient in blueprint reading, mechanical assembly, and heavy equipment fabrication
- Experience with hydraulic components, industrial motors, and automated machinery
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
