Web Press Operator Responsibilities
- Machine Setup & Operation: Setting up and operating web printing presses for optimal production.
- Quality Control: Ensuring printed materials meet quality standards, including color matching and consistency.
- Maintenance: Conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Team Leadership: Managing the press crew to achieve production goals and safety standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of production and machine performance. Paylocity 2
- Proven experience as a Web Press Operator or similar role.
- Utilization of Kamori and/or Harris Presses required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of printing processes, materials, and equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing technology is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
