This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing office operations, managing project teams, and contributing to strategic business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level leadership for all construction operations within the office
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff
- Ensure successful delivery of projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with ownership on strategic planning and growth initiatives
- Support and participate in business development efforts, including client relationships and pursuit strategies
- Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture
- 15 years of experience in commercial construction
- Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing multiple projects and teams
- Strong background in high-end interior or finish-focused commercial projects
- Experience with medical and/or financial (banking) projects strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in building and developing healthy, high-performing teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate as a self-starter
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
