Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
- Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents that align with clients' objectives.
- Counsel clients on probate and trust administration matters.
- Assist with wealth transfer, tax planning, and business succession planning.
- Build and maintain client relationships, delivering clear and empathetic guidance through complex decisions.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Indiana Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
- Minimum of 3 years of estate planning experience.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail and sensitivity to client needs.

- Salary commensurate with experience.
