Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control
- Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, and design teams
- Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication across all parties
- Track progress and proactively resolve job site challenges
- Maintain project documentation and daily reports
- Ground-up and renovation projects
- Commercial sectors may include: retail, healthcare, industrial, education, or hospitality
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Proven experience managing ground-up project
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
