What You'll Do
- Prepare and review a variety of tax returns including Individual, Partnership, S-Corporation, and Corporate returns
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients across multiple industries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and quality service
- Research tax issues and assist with developing practical solutions for clients
- Assist with mentoring and developing junior staff members
- Collaborate with leadership on client engagements and overall tax strategy
- Participate in business development and networking opportunities depending on level and interest
- Prior experience within a public accounting firm required
- Experience preparing and/or reviewing various entity and individual tax returns
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- CPA required for Manager level and above
- CPA preferred for Senior and Supervisor level candidates, but not required
- Candidates eligible and planning to sit for the CPA exam will also be considered for long-term advancement opportunities
