Key Responsibilities
- Research, review, and organize complex tax documents and filings
- Manage tax compliance and provide strategic tax consulting to a diverse client base
- Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff, fostering professional development
- Participate in business development and client relationship management
- Leverage firm technology to improve efficiency and enhance client service
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- CPA required
- 5 years of public accounting experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to and utilize modern accounting technology
- $90,000 - $150,000, depending on experience
