What We're Looking For
- 5 years of multifamily / multi-unit construction experience
- Strong ground-up commercial construction background
- Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, site coordination, and multiple trades
- Mixed-use and/or retail experience strongly preferred
- Procore experience preferred
- OSHA 30 preferred, but not required
