Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all phases of residential construction from site preparation through final completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and daily jobsite operations
- Monitor schedules, quality standards, and overall project progress
- Ensure homes are completed safely, efficiently, and to company expectations
- At least 2 years of experience managing residential construction projects as a Superintendent
- Residential construction experience required; commercial-only backgrounds will not be considered
- Experience building custom homes highly preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining attention to detail
- Buildertrend experience or similar construction management software preferred
