This role is ideal for a proactive, organized leader who understands what it takes to manage schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality on busy job sites.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout
- Manage daily jobsite operations, subcontractor coordination, and workflow
- Maintain project schedule, daily logs, safety meetings, and quality control
- Lead subcontractor meetings and proactively resolve field conflicts
- Collaborate with the Project Manager on RFIs, change events, procurement, and schedule updates
- Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, inspections, and company standards
- Promote a strong safety culture and enforce OSHA/company protocols
- Build strong relationships with owners, architects, inspectors, and vendors
- 3 years of commercial construction experience
- Previous experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Foreman ready to advance
- Ability to manage projects
- Experience in commercial sectors
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and jobsite coordination
- Proficiency with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 30 preferred
