We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator with experience in structural steel fabrication and erection. The ideal candidate will have a strong background preparing takeoffs, pricing, and proposals for steel projects. Experience with precast erection is a plus, as well as knowledge or proficiency with Tekla software.

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for structural steel fabrication and erection projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to identify project requirements.
- Perform takeoffs and material/labor calculations.
- Work with vendors and subcontractors to solicit and evaluate pricing.
- Develop and submit competitive proposals and budgets.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers during preconstruction.
- Track historical cost data to support future estimating accuracy.
- Previous estimating experience in structural steel projects required.
- Knowledge of fabrication and erection processes; precast erection experience a plus.
- Tekla proficiency or exposure strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
