BILLABLES: 1800 hours - If attorneys hit their hourly minimum 1800 hours, they receive a $3000 bonus, if they hit 1950 hrs. they receive a $5000 bonus.

What You'll Do
You'll counsel and represent public school districts on a wide range of legal matters, including:
- Special Education Law (IDEA, Section 504 - minimum 3 years' experience required)
- Student Rights, Policies & Discipline
- School Employment & Labor Law
- Construction & Facility Planning
- Financial Solutions for Districts
- Collective Bargaining Negotiations
- Governance for School Boards & Administrators
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Pennsylvania bar license
- 3-5 years' experience in education or public sector law
- Must have 3 years of Special Education law experience or Municipal Law
- Excellent writing, advocacy, and problem-solving skills
