- Mentor, coach, and develop tax professionals
- Partner with firm leadership to support continued growth
- CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA)
- 15 years of progressive public accounting experience
- Strong technical expertise with:
- Partnerships (1065)
- S Corporations (1120S)
- C Corporations (1120)
- High-Net-Worth individuals
- Tax planning and consulting
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Trust & Estate taxation (preferred)
- Experience reviewing complex tax returns and managing multiple engagements
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and client relationship skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
