Performance Expectations For The Tax Senior
- Prepare & review tax returns
- Be a mentor for younger staff
- Work on building relationships with clients
- Be a hands-on leader
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or Equivalent
- Master of Science and Taxation degree (highly desirable)
- CPA Certificate or EA Required
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Public Accounting
- Must have the ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service
- Must have strong multi-tasking skills
- Must be willing to work >40 hours per week during busy season
- Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
